Tringsat Card In A TM

I have a tring card last couple of months from the sponsers and just wondering if anyone with a TM 6900 is having this trouble. The card works fine in my conax cam and in the card slot of the TM5400 but wont work in the 6900. I have tried all the usual things like switching on and off stb and leaving it on fta channel to update but nothing works. It does seem strange it works in one tm but not the other aand i have the latest software on both models. I did contact TM over this matter but basically said it was a card problem not stb. Can anyone with 6900 and tringcard get it to work in slot. Be interesting to know outcome? Cheers.

Having same problem with TM6900 if anyone can get it to work then please advise. Latest software but the card slot won't accept the card somehow, no conax module at the moment to try so any suggestions would be most welcome! Anyone tried it on TM7800? If that works, let me know also.

Thanks for confirming card problem at least i know it isnt just my receiver although it doesnt help with our cards. Only thing i can suggest for you is like me to contact tm directly and try not to let them tell you it is a card not a box problem like they did with me.
I have other equipment where it works so all i can say to you at the moment is to get a conax cam.
