Firstly You need to make sure you have the follwing software installed.
WinRaR
Next, You now need to locate the file that you wish to be uploaded to rapidshare.

When you have found the correct file, Right click and a Menu will appear, on the menu Look for the option that says
"Add to Archive..."
Left click this option.
Next a box should appear that looks like the following.

The top underlined setting, is a setting you will have to change make sure all the other settings are exactly the same as the picture , the top setting must be changed as this needs to be personalised to your computer desktop, followed by a Slash, then you need to put the name of the Archive/RAR you wish to create.
When all Settings are correct Click ok, and let winrar turn your whole avi, into between 7 and 15 parts depending on file size.
After All Parts are created , you now need to upload them to rapidshare.
PART B
Firstly, Go to the Address below
www.rapidshare.com
At the top you will see a screen which looks like the one undernieth.

You now need to click on Browse, and find the first part, which will be called .part1.

When you have found this part click ok.
Next you need to click on the upload button {{ As Shown Below}.

A blue bar will apear moving gradualy and giving a time untill you upload will be completed.
After it has completed you will be asked to create a Free Uploaders account.
fill in the spaces provieded.
Repeat Part B, for all parts and then post links on Alsat.
Anything else anyone would wish to add please post, and if i have missed anything out please say so.
